We are proud to support Aker Solutions for the second phase of the Northern Lights CCS project in Norway with an export and booster centrifugal pump technology solution. The expansion of this strategic project, also supported by the EU's Connecting Europe Facility for Energy (CEF Energy) funding scheme, will increase the transport and storage capacity from 1.5 million to a minimum of 5 million tonnes of CO2 per year from 2028. This award builds on the successful deployment of our pump technology in the first phase of the Northern Lights CCS project and follows several other significant CCUS orders, leveraging our broad and diverse portfolio of solutions. We are excited to announce that we have completed a pilot for the deployment of the Leucipa? ESP Optimizer in the Middle East with Eni. Together, we will continue to integrate AI-powered predictive failure analytics for electrical submersible pumps, allowing ENI to identify issues earlier, reduce unplanned downtime, and extend asset life. This marks the latest chapter in our longstanding technology collaboration, combining our industry-leading digital capabilities with ENI’s extensive operational expertise. Throughout the pilot, ENI played a critical role in the successful deployment of the Leucipa? ESP Optimizer by co-engineering solution features, integrating asset-specific constraints, and providing continuous feedback. ENI operational expertise helped improve tool performance, accuracy, and usability in the field, leading to tangible optimization outcomes, including increased production and enhanced system reliability. The Leucipa? ESP Optimizer leverages on physics-based and AI models for generating real-time recommendations to improve asset performance. Engineers from both companies worked side-by-side to customize the tool, validate model accuracy, and ensure that operational recommendations were aligned with site-specific constraints such as power limitations and reservoir maximum drawdown. We’re proud to support Denmark’s transmission system operator Energinet in increasing its biogas production, which is critical to reduce both methane and CO2 emissions and support the country’s transition to more sustainable energy sources.? ? As mentioned in our 2Q 2025 Earnings Release, we’re pleased to announce a framework agreement for 16 reciprocating compressor container packages, enabling Energinet to upgrade its infrastructure and effectively utilize biogas production, while unlocking potential export opportunities. ? With the majority of Denmark’s biomethane originating from farmland waste, which is not a consistent source, our flexible, modular, and transportable compression solution will enable Energinet to: ? Relocate compressors to facilities where demand is high and adapt with minimal disruption ? Boost performance and cost efficiency of its operations, as our machines are designed for lower maintenance, operating, and capital costs ? Enhance the efficiency, reliability, and capacity of Denmark's gas infrastructure? ?
